A search shows that the maintenance fee is at RM0.16 or RM0.17 per sq ft. However, we aren't sure whether that's the latest fee. It would be best to check with real estate agents with units listed for sale or rent in this site.
Do use the search bar and key in Silverton Condominium, and then contact the real estate agents who listed their units. They might know the latest maintenance fee.
